This privacy policy applies to all personal data that MC Your Nutrition (hereinafter: MCYN) processes from its customers.

If you have an account with MCYN or provide personal data to MCYN for any other reason, you expressly consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this privacy policy.
We advise you to read the privacy policy and keep it for your own records.

Who is the controller of your personal data?
MCYN is itself the controller of the personal data you provide and is responsible for your personal data under applicable data protection law.

What data do we store and for what purpose?
In the context of orders, the following personal data is processed:
* First and last name
* Address details: billing and shipping address
* Telephone number(s), email address(es), and  bank account number(s).
This personal data is processed for the purpose of placing orders and using an account for, among other things, orders, cancellations, and returns.


Retention period:
MCYN processes and stores your personal data for the duration of your account. Upon deletion of your account, the personal data is immediately destroyed.

Contact form:
In the context of the contact form, the following personal data is processed:
* First and last name
* Telephone number(s)
* Email address(es).
This personal data is processed to enable contact in order to respond to the comments section of the contact form. 
MCYN processes and stores this personal data solely for the purpose of responding to the comments section of the contact form. Subsequently, the personal data is destroyed.


Where do we store your data?
The data we collect from you is stored within the European Economic Area ('EEA').

Who has access to your data?
Your data may be shared within MCYN.
We will never forward, sell, or exchange your data with third parties outside MCYN for marketing purposes.


Security measures
To protect your personal data, MCYN has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures. 

Processors
For the processing of personal data, MCYN does not use the services of third parties, so-called processors.


What are your rights?
Right of access: 
You have the right to request information at any time about the personal data we hold about you. You can contact MCYN, who can provide you with this personal data via email.

Right to portability: 
When MCYN processes your personal data automatically based on your consent or based on an agreement, you have the right to receive a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, transferred to you or to another party. This only applies to the personal data that you have provided to us.

Right to rectification: 
You have the right to request the correction of your personal data when it is incorrect, including the right to complete incomplete personal data. 

If you have an MCYN account, you can modify your personal data on your account page.

Right to erasure:
You have the right to delete the personal data processed by MCYN at any time, except in the following situations:
* you have an outstanding order that has not yet been shipped or has only been partially shipped;
* you have an outstanding debt with MCYN, regardless of the payment method; 
* If you have made a purchase, we retain your personal data in connection with your transaction for accounting purposes.


The right to object to processing based on a legitimate interest: 
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data based on a legitimate interest. MCYN will not continue to process the personal data unless we can demonstrate a legal basis for the process that outweighs your interests and rights or as a result of legal claims.

Right to restriction:
You have the right to request MCYN to restrict the processing of your personal data in the following circumstances:
* if you object to processing based on a legitimate interest, MCYN will restrict any processing of such data pending verification of the legitimate interest;
* if you have filed a claim that your personal data is incorrect, MCYN must restrict any processing of such data pending verification of the accuracy of the personal data;
* if the processing is unlawful, you may object to the deletion of your personal data and instead request the restriction of the use of your personal data;
if MCYN no longer needs the personal data, but the personal data is necessary for you to file defensive legal claims.

We take data protection very seriously. Therefore, you can always submit your questions regarding the aforementioned rights via privacy@mcyn.nl.

The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority:
If you believe that MCYN is not processing your personal data correctly, you can contact us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Updates to our privacy statement:
It may be necessary to update our privacy statement. The latest version of the privacy statement is always available on our website. We announce all material changes to the privacy statement, for example regarding the purpose of the use of your personal data, the identity of the controller, or your rights.

Cookies are small pieces of information stored on your computer by your browser. Cookies enable us to anonymously collect information about the use of our services and to improve and adapt them to the wishes of our visitors. Our cookies provide information regarding personal identification and are used to process your order correctly. We also use cookies to anonymously store traffic data from your visit to our website.
